Understanding the Customer Profile Screen
The guest's complete record — history, preferences, and the audit trail.
📍 Any customer-name link (e.g., from check-in) or Customers → Customer search
ℹ
The profile is the guest's complete record. Staff use it to check history and preferences; managers use its audit log and lifetime stats.
👤 Reading a profile
1 Open a profile by clicking any customer-name link (check-in list, search results, Scheduler booking).
2 Read the LTD (lifetime-to-date) bar: no-shows, cancellations, service/product/gratuity spend and total.
3 Work through the tabs: Contact information; Profile; Preferences; Notes; Past history; Appointments; Package/series; G.C. (gift certificates); Referrals; Membership; Guest Intake forms.
4 Add or read notes under Notes — these drive the notes icon at check-in.
5 Click "View audit log" (bottom) to see who changed the profile and when; "Upload customer photo" adds a photo used by member check-in.
🔍 Worth knowing
- Hovering a customer name in lists shows a quick card: first/last visit, total visits and custom fields.
- "Allow online booking: Yes/No" on the profile controls whether the guest can self-book on the web.
💡 Sensitive service flags (allergies, pregnancy) belong on the appointment's Special remarks and the profile Notes, so they surface at check-in.
