Three complementary views answer "who is scheduled, and what is on their book": the Scheduler grid (visual), the Occupancy view (summary numbers), and the Technician Daily Schedule report (printable).
📅 The three views
1 Quick visual: open the Scheduler for the date — each person's column is white during their shift hours and grey when off. 2 Summary: open Appointments → Occupancy view — for the selected date it shows total utilization and occupancy, appointment counts, request-type breakdown, technicians scheduled, hours scheduled, and booked vs available hours. 3 Printable: Reports → Appointment schedules → "Technician Daily Schedule". Set Location, Technician (or All) and the date range, then Run report — each technician gets a block listing client, time, duration, service, facility and notes. 4 Actual worked time (vs scheduled) comes from the timesheet reports — Employee Time Sheet under Sales audit & finance. 5 To open bookable time further ahead, use Staff Management → Work Schedules → "Open Work Schedule Until" and submit a new horizon date.

Resource columns count as "technicians" in the totals Cabanas, kayaks, and the shuttle inflate the numbers — only the named humans (currently Yee Nham, Jill Whaley, Selene Oritz) are real staff.
🔍 Worth knowing
- Related reports: Appointment List – By Technician, Daily Guest List – By Technician.
- If a technician's column is fully grey on a day they should work, their shift hours need updating on the Scheduler — that is also why online booking would show no availability for them.
