Marketing Campaigns and Yield Schedules
Export guest segments for outreach; automate pricing for quiet periods.
📍 Marketing menu
Two revenue tools: campaign lists (export guest segments for email/mail outreach) and yield schedules (automatic price adjustments or service restrictions based on how busy the spa is).
Yield schedules change live prices the moment they are saved
Agree the discount/premium levels with management before creating one.
📧  Campaign lists
1
Open Marketing → Marketing campaign.
2
Choose a campaign type (customer birthdays, lost customers, expiring/outstanding packages or GCs, expiring memberships, outstanding benefits, or custom).
3
Set the criteria (date window, location, customer group) and the opt-in filters (email on file; opted-in for email/mail marketing).
4
Click Preview to see the list or Export to download it for your email tool. Book4Time does not send the emails itself.
💰  Yield schedules
1
Open Marketing → Yield management and click "Create new".
2
Name the rule and pick the Yield Type: "Price adjustment" or "Service restriction". Leave Active ticked.
3
Set Yield Timing (start/end dates, optional days-before-booking for last-minute pricing) and Booking Source.
4
Select the services it covers (by service or SKU filter).
5
Build the Yield Criteria rows: days of week, time window, utilization band (%), occupancy band (%), and the price adjustment in $ or %. Add rows with "Add rule".
6
Save. Verify the effect on a test date in the Scheduler and watch the "Yield Gain" KPI on the Executive Summary dashboard.
💡 Example starter rule: Massage group, Mon–Thu 9:00–1:00, utilization 0–40%, price −15% — an automatic quiet-morning discount that switches itself off when the day fills.
🔍  Worth knowing
  • Both tools currently sit unused at Eldorado (no yield schedules; campaigns not being exported) — quick wins.
  • Lead management (Marketing → Lead management) tracks prospective customers separately from campaigns.
