SV9100 Hospitality Quick Reference
Front desk dial codes for check-in/out, call restrictions, wake-up calls, Do Not Disturb, maid status and guest voicemail.

Use this guide for the NEC SV9100 hospitality features at the Four Points.
These are the codes front desk and housekeeping staff dial from a phone to manage guest rooms. Most front desk codes follow the same pattern: press Speaker, dial the feature code, enter 7 + the room number, then hang up.

Check-in and check-out are normally handled by Opera.
Only use the phone check-in / check-out codes if the Opera interface is down. If the interface isn't working, see Who to contact at the end of this guide.

💡 When you check a guest in, the system automatically resets the room's voicemail to new.

🔒 Call restrictions
Use these after the guest has been checked in with Opera.
Cash check-in / toll restrict a room

Press the Speaker key and dial 837.

Enter 7 + the room number, then 8.

Hang up.

Cancel cash check-in / unrestrict a room

Press the Speaker key and dial 837.
2
Enter 7 + the room number, then 2.

Hang up.

Restrict room-to-room calling

Press the Speaker key and dial 835.

Enter 7 + the room number.

Setting a wake-up call from the front desk

Press the Speaker key, then press the Wake Up key or dial 833.

Enter the wake-up time using the 24-hour clock (e.g. 1:00 pm = 13:00).

Cancelling a wake-up call from the front desk

Press the Speaker key, then press the Cancel Wake Up key or dial 834.

🧹 Change maid status from a room
From the guest room phone, housekeeping dials 840 followed by the status code:

📬 Guest voicemail
Checking voicemail from the guest room
1
Lift the handset and dial *8.
2
If there is a voicemail, it will start playing automatically.
3
Press 1 to save, 2 to delete, or 3 to hear the message again.

If NATG needs help from Argus IT, they will contact us directly.
Contact Argus IT when:
  • The Opera interface is down — submit a ticket so it can be restored. Use the phone codes above in the meantime.
  • It's serious and widespread — if large parts of the hotel's phone system are down, notify Argus IT right away.
