If you are having problems printing please do the following:
1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. Make sure the printer is connected to the computer or the network.
3. Check too see that there are no flashing lights on the printer to indicate an issue.
4. Make sure the printer has paper and toner.
5. Check that paper is not jammed in the printer.
6. Verify that the print queue is not full with an item unable to print.
