The basics to do when you have a problem.
This article will give you some basic steps to follow for most problems that you will encounter.
1. If the computer, printer, monitor etc is not working make sure it is plugged in and that the power bar is on and plugged in also. Please note that computers will have three points of failure, The connection to the computer, the connection too power brick, and the connection at the wall. Check all of these.
2. Pounding on the keyboard if something is not working does not help it to work faster. You have just sent the computer more instructions to process. Do not keep clicking the mouse or keyboard. It will not make the computer go faster.
3. If you are having an issue and you are frustrated, take a minute. Sometimes the computer just needs a few minutes to sort out its issues.
4. If you wireless mouse is not working make sure it is on. Also be mindful that it needs new batteries now and then. They do not last forever.
5. The connections from devices to your computer can sometimes become loose. Check the connection to make sure it is secure with the computer.
6. If nothing works a reboot is always an option.
