If you start to have difficulties creating keys with Lightspeed please do the following:
1. Do a test with Visionline. If you can create a key with Visionline then the issue is with the LightSpeed Interface to Visionline.
2. Login to Galaxy. You will need access to this program and not everyone has access due to the damage that can be done by an untrained user.
3. Type 14 to go to Database.
4. Type 36 to go to System Adminstrator.
5. Type 3 to to go Interface Administrator.
6. Type 1 to select GSI
7. Type 3 to select GSI1 Interfaces
At this point you will see both the Visionline and GSI (Lightspeed Interfaces for Keys).
8. Please Stop all interfaces. This will take a minutes or so. then go back to the previous screen.
9. Please Start all interfaces. This will take a while and you may get some disturbing messages. Do not worry all will be good.
10. Verify that all of the Interfaces have been restarted and go test Lightspeed for keys.
If this does not work then a call too Lightspeed support is in order.
