Book4Time is the Eldorado Resort Experiences Wellness Centre's booking, front desk, and point-of-sale system. It runs in a web browser — nothing to install for everyday use. This article covers signing in and the layout of the home screen.

Never share logins You need your own Book4Time username and password (created by a manager under Admin → Account Management → Users). Reports and audit logs record actions by user — a shared login makes those records meaningless.
🔒 Signing in
1 Open a browser and go to mer1031.na.book4time.com. 2 Enter your username and password and sign in. 3 You land on the dashboard: cards for Front desk, Appointments, Customers, Marketing, Inventory, Reports and Admin mirror the menus in the top bar. Either works — use whichever is faster. 4 The top-right shows the current location (Eldorado Resort Experiences), a clock in/out button, notes, help, and your account avatar. 5 To log out, click your avatar in the top-right corner.
🔍 Worth knowing
- The dashboard is customizable via "Customize Dashboard" at the top right.
- The Help icon (question mark) links to Book4Time's built-in documentation.
- The menus you'll use most: Front desk (check-in/out, POS), Appointments (Scheduler), Customers (profiles, gift certificates).
💡 If a menu item opens a blank page or says you are "not connected to a register", that computer isn't registered for payments yet — see Connecting Your Computer to a Register (KB-31002).
