Booking an Individual Appointment
One guest, one or more services, from the Scheduler.
📍 Appointments → Scheduler → New individual appointment panel
How to book one guest for one or more services from the Scheduler. Have the guest's name (and phone/email for new guests). For hotel guests, have their PMS confirmation number so the booking links to their room reservation.
📝  The booking
1
Open Appointments → Scheduler — the "New individual appointment" panel opens on the left (or click an open white slot).
2
Set the customer: click "Click here to set" beside Customer and search; create the profile if the guest is new (KB-31011).
3
Optional: set the PMS # the same way to link the hotel reservation.
4
Add a service for the guest in the Itinerary section: pick service, time and technician. The panel shows Guest 1 by default; a Booking summary tracks the number of services.
5
Tick "On wait list" if the guest wants a full slot — the booking waits for a cancellation instead.
6
Leave the three safety checkboxes on (Check conflict; Re-assign conflict equipment/facility; Open appointment if failed to save) — they prevent double-booking.
7
Click Finish to save. The booking appears on the grid in light blue.
🔍  Worth knowing
  • The panel also links to "New reservation" and "New group booking" for other booking types (KB-31006).
  • Once saved, opening the appointment again (from the grid or from check-in → Details) shows the full Edit Appointment window: confirmation number, status, booked-by (e.g., Online Booking), reminder status, guest intake status, special-remark flags (Pregnancy, Allergy, VIP, Minor, Couples, Non-registered guest), appointment notes vs internal notes, and the full itinerary with duration, processing, clean-up, price and add-on options.
💡 Price, duration, clean-up time and available technicians all come from the service setup (KB-31018) — if something books wrong consistently, the service definition is what to fix.
