Using the Analytics Dashboards
The business-intelligence layer — richer and more visual than the reports.
📍 Analytics menu
ℹ
Analytics is the business-intelligence layer (embedded Sigma dashboards) — richer and more visual than the operational reports. Four dashboards: Executive Summary, Appointment Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Future Revenues & Services.
📈 Using a dashboard
1 Open Analytics → Executive Summary (or another dashboard).
2 Set the filters on the left: Currency, Date Range (required), and optional Location, Department and SKU Type.
3 Read the KPI tiles — Executive Summary includes: total appointments, transactions, services, customers and new customers; total revenue, average service ticket, service vs retail revenue; online appointments, online average ticket, online revenue and booking ratios; technician utilization, facility occupancy, average service revenue per booked hour, add-on revenue and yield gain. Each tile shows a comparison vs one year ago.
4 Use the Explore toggle (bottom right) to drill into underlying data.
🔍 Worth knowing
- July 2026 baseline for reference: 83 appointments, $8,670 revenue, $67.97 average ticket, 25.4% online revenue ratio, 12.1% technician utilization, 32.2% facility occupancy, $0 retail, $0 yield gain.
- Future Revenues & Services projects forward from bookings on the calendar — useful for staffing decisions.
💡 Dashboards load a tile at a time — give the page a few seconds before reading numbers.
