Outlook Slow or Won't Load

One quick test tells us whether an add-on is the problem.

💡  Why this works

Outlook doesn't just load Outlook — it also loads a set of add-on programs (connectors for social media, Bing, Maps, and so on). Safe Mode starts Outlook without any of them. If Outlook runs noticeably better in Safe Mode, one of those add-ons is the culprit — and IT can hunt down which one.

Tell us: did Outlook run better in Safe Mode — yes or no? Plus what it was doing before (slow, crashing, not loading), and when it started. The Safe Mode answer is the single most useful clue you can give us.
