Setting Up Email Signatures in Outlook
Every hotel has a mandatory signature — here's where the setting hides.
All of the hotels have mandatory email signatures, and Outlook buries the setting a few menus deep. These steps get you there.
✍️  Setting up your signature
1
Start Outlook.
2
Click the File tab (top-left corner of the ribbon).
3
On the left side of the new screen, click Options. The Outlook Options box opens.
4
On the left side of that box, click Mail.
5
In the first section (Compose Messages), click the Signatures… button — it's the third option down.
6
Create your signature. You can choose which email address it applies to, and whether it goes on New Messages, Replies/Forwards, or both.
7
Click OK to save.
💡 Ask your manager for your property's required signature format before building your own.
Using Outlook on the web (OWA)?
If you set up your signature in the online version and try to add an image, you may get an error and the signature won't save. Set image signatures up in the desktop Outlook instead.
🆘  Need help?
If the Signatures button is missing or the signature won't save even in desktop Outlook, submit an Argus IT ticket with a screenshot of what you see.
