Wireless Phone in Server Room Not Working — Four Points

One cordless phone covers the whole property. When it dies, check the base station.

The server room at the Four Points has a cordless phone that covers the whole property — it's shown in the attached photo below this article.

📞 The fix

Go behind the server racks — the base station is right behind the racks, in the middle of the wall (see the attached image).

Make sure the base station is plugged in.

Check the phone after reconnection — if there's a dial tone, you're done.

🆘 Still dead?

If the base station is plugged in and there's still no dial tone, submit a ticket — note that you've already checked the base station power.
