BlueZone Access for MARSHA
Marriott's system for MARSHA access — the docs are attached, but read these notes first.

Marriott has a system (SBA / BlueZone) for accessing MARSHA. Marriott's own documentation is attached below this article — but there are a few Argus-specific things you need to know to make it work.
✅  The keys to success
  • Follow the attached SBA User Guide exactly (well — almost exactly): do all of the steps. On page 9, you may need to repeat steps 1–4 up to three times before access works properly.
  • The key to clear the MARSHA screen is Pause — not the space bar, as some of you have been using.
  • Java 8 Update 181 is the version that needs to be installed. Marriott has published a newer standard (Java 8 Update 341), but we're keeping the older version until it's fully tested.
  • A link called Marriott SBA has been published to your desktops. It only works with Internet Explorer — you'll need to change your default browser accordingly.

If SBA stops working
A separate troubleshooting document is attached (SBA Troubleshooting.pdf). The steps will seem counterintuitive — but do them, and SBA should start working again.
