Teams lets you work with coworkers without being in the same room — or the same city. It comes pre-loaded on every Office 365 workstation that uses Office 365 for email. The full introduction guide is attached below this article: Introduction To Teams – Argus.pdf.
✅ Four things to know before you read the guide
- You need an Office 365 account to use Teams.
- Your first video chat needs IT to enable the feature — a quick process, but it has to be scheduled. Plan ahead if you have a meeting coming up.
- Only a few people can create teams. This is deliberate — it prevents a sprawl of groups that become unmanageable later. Need a new team? Ask; don't assume you can create it.
- Argus-managed phone and employed by Eldorado Resort? Teams is already installed on your phone — sign in with your email account password.
