You will be asked set up verification questions and a method of contact.  If you forget your password go to the Office 365 portal at www.office.com.  Go through the login process and when password entry comes up click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the dialog box.  You will then need to verify your identity with the questions you entered previously.
