OnQ Rate & Inventory — Screen Resolution Error in Citrix

A hidden arrow in the top-right corner gets you past it.

Starting OnQ Rate and Inventory on a new computer can produce this error:

When the error appears, scroll all the way over to the top right-hand corner of the screen.

There's a small arrow in that corner — select it.

You'll be taken to the standard R&I screen, where you can log in normally.

You may need to do this every time

This isn't a one-time fix — expect to repeat it each time you open Citrix.
