OnQ Rate and Inventory Screen Resolution Error while using Citrix

When starting the OnQ Rate and Inventory on a new computer you may get the following error.



To fix this error please do the following:

When the error appears scroll all the way over on the screen to the top right hand corner.   There will be a small arrow in this corner. Once you select this arrow it brings you to the standard R&I screen and you can log in. 

Please note that you may need to do this every time you open Citrix.
